Sandra Fornes is a Co-Founder of the Hidden Angel Foundation. Sandra is also a Founding Member and President of the American Association of Multi Sensory Environments (AAMSE) whose purpose is to promote awareness, access, education, research, and science for people who benefit from Multi Sensory Environments (MSE).
Sandra’s relevant experience ranges from designing and implementing multi sensory environments to the development of accelerated workforce programs for individuals with disabilities including the design of a Job Retention Model for individuals with cognitive disabilities. Sandra has established and managed the industrial/organizational psychology and human resource development programs for the Jotrilair Group of Companies as well as their philanthropic activities. She has published numerous articles including conference proceedings around the topic of workforce development and workplace issues for individuals with mental retardation and disabilities. Sandra has in-depth management experience resulting from her founding and managing two companies as well as having been a senior executive in two international corporations.
Sandra is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), The National Rehabilitation Association (NRA); the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), a division of the American Psychological Associations, and the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD). Sandra lives just outside of Birmingham, Alabama.
Brad J. Pierce is a partner in with Borden, Ladner, Gervais LLP one of Canada’s leading national law firms. Brad practices in the corporate and commercial area and is primarily involved in private equity and venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Other practice areas include investment funds and asset management, in addition to advising entrepreneurs and start up enterprises on business structures and corporate governance.
Brad is also very involved in his community serving as Secretary of the Don Seaman Foundation and Venture Capital Association of Alberta; as President of Howard Foundation supporting engineering studies at the University of Calgary; and past President of The Association for Mountain Parks Protection & Enjoyment supporting sustainable tourism in Banff National Park.
Brad lives with his wife Claire and two boys, Ben & Jake, in Calgary, Alberta
Blair Kirchner is a Managing Director with Kirchner Group. He has ten years operating experience in marketing and finance. His background includes research and analysis in financial services and front-line CRM activities with an IT multi-national. Blair co-ordinates research and analysis in the investment banking group and conducts specialty research engagements in business development and advisory services.
Blair lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia with his wife Chanice and daughter Nile.
